Supervises employees who perform installation, maintenance,
repair and testing of mobile phone/radio equipment. Will manage
large projects within the shop territory. May assist other
RACOM shops and headquarters staff with system and network
issues. Prepares annual budget; administers and analyzes
productivity programs for subordinates. Plans, coordinates and
implements special projects. Procures test equipment, vehicles,
parts, tools and related equipment. Handles customer service
issues, interfacing directly with customer and staff members to
resolve problems. Will be expected to assist salespersons with
technical design of communication systems.
Qualifications:
High School
Education, plus minimum of 2 year diploma in electronics
Six or more
years in mobile phone/radio field, with minimum of two years
of supervisory experience
Experience in
digital wireless communications a plus
Good oral and
written communication skills
Good
organizational skills
